CANCELLATION POLICY – While it is understood that life changes, please be courteous to give at least a 2- 12-hour notice of cancellation prior to your appointment. Otherwise, you will be considered a NO SHOW as follows: No Show/Late Arrival: • Clients will be charged 25% of the service booked. • After the first no show/late arrival, and moving forward, there is a 75% deposit fee for the service booked. (This fee is non-refundable) • After a third no show/late arrival, appointment request will be refused with no future consideration for service. CARD ENTRY WHILE BOOKING • Please note that when you are booking it is asked for you to provide a payment method. Please rest assure your information is secure and there is no charge collected for booking an appointment. You are only charged if and when your service is complete or if you are a no show/late to your appointment.
